What is so special about large high-end watches? Well, it is certainly a matter of taste, but let’s face it, large timepieces with large dials offer more functionality and convenience. However, it is worth noting that a “large watch” means significantly different things to each one of us. Thus, for some people, a large luxury watch is a timepiece measuring 42mm; for others, it should be no less than 46mm in diameter. However, its size is not the only impressive thing about this model. The fact is that it is equipped with the first hand-winding mechanical movement executed entirely by Panerai. However, it is distinguished not only by its size, but also by a variety of features that it offers, including moon phases, second time zone, perpetual calendar with leap year cycle, alarm, and minute repeater. Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph All Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph models feature large cases, but this 18k rose gold watch is truly exceptional. First of all, it measures 48mm in diameter, which is uncommon for a jewelry timepiece. Secondly, it is decorated with impressive 1,000 diamonds weighing more than 16 carats. Besides, this model is equipped with a precise self-winding movement.
