We've spent many years building our online presence through this site and eBay, and now, we're aiming even higher. But when it comes to serving your customers, you can only do so much with a keyboard, a mouse, a monitor, and a phone. We want to get to know our customers, who are, more importantly, our friends.

No longer will we be exclusively present in the virtual world of online sales. With the opening of our new showroom on 47th street, we're bringing our timepiece-dealing expertise and family-like atmosphere to the physical realm.

"We've been doing this for a long time — over 10 years — and, even though we've been mostly visible online, we make every attempt to connect with our customers," CEO Ilya Kushnirskiy said. "I personally answer the phone every day and talk to people about the extraordinary watches we have on hand. But, quite frankly, that's not enough. I want people to walk in, say 'hi,' check out what we have to offer, and tell us their amazing stories, as we share ours."

So drop in, enjoy some coffee, peruse the watches currently in stock, and even discuss selling or trading in your own watch. If there's a particular piece you'd like to see, it's best to call and give a heads-up, so we can make sure the watch isn't with one of our partners at that time. But unannounced visits are just as welcome.

We have always done our best to meet with customers who haven't called ahead, but we were always limited by the lack of a real showroom. If you know anything about 300watches, you know that we hate barriers, and we try our hardest to break free from limitations.

It’s this philosophy that allows us to provide these low prices in the first place. We accept a small profit margin, believing that selling more for less, and connecting with our customers, will benefit us all in the future.
