SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Every one of our packages is fully insured, from the moment it leaves our office, until the moment you sign for delivery.

Domestic orders totaling less than $1,000 will be shipped for free by USPS Priority Mail, with tracking. We can also upgrade your shipment to USPS Priority Mail Express for an additional $20.

For orders totaling $1,000 or more, 300watches offers free FedEx 2Day Shipping (or UPS 2nd Day Air, if the customer prefers) to all customers within the United States. This applies to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska, and we’re even extending that to Puerto Rico! You can upgrade to FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air for an additional $20.

Special arrangements can be made for purchases of more than $50,000. Customers are encouraged to contact us at (877) 842-5760 if they have any questions or requests.

Orders received before 3 p.m. will be shipped from our New York office approximately 24 to 48 hours after we receive payment. For orders received after 3 p.m., we will make every effort to process the order for shipment that same day, but we make no guarantees. If we delay a domestic shipment for more than 2 days, that shipment will be upgraded to FedEx Priority Overnight for FREE!

If, before shipping, we find out that there is a problem with the watch you have ordered (e.g. the watch turns out to be damaged, or is otherwise not in the condition described) you will be immediately notified with all relevant information, including possible alternatives.

International customers will be charged $90 for FedEx International Economy, and $110 for FedEx International Priority. The carrier and delivery time will vary depending on the country your watch is being shipped to. This information will be provided to our international customers after the order has been processed.

Customers are responsible for paying customs fees, duties, import taxes, and other related charges. We are unable to predict how long the package will be held at customs, and this is not factored into the delivery estimate. Though it is unusual for customs to hold a package for any extended period, it does happen on occasion.

Customers are also responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred if an item is refused upon delivery, if an item is undeliverable because the incorrect address was provided, or if a courier-pickup appointment is missed.

We will only ship to the address that PayPal provides to us in the transaction details, in an effort to avoid stolen credit cards or other forms of identity theft — NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need us to ship your product to a different address than the one confirmed by PayPal, we will not accept PayPal for the transaction. Your product will ship as soon as the payment clears.

300 Watches, hereafter the Company, agrees not to disclose to anyone the terms, conditions, subject matter, or identity of the parties involved in any paid transaction to any other party unless required to do so by law. The Company collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address and telephone number. The Company also collects anonymous demographic information that is not unique to you, such as your country and ZIP code.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by the Company. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by the Company for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Company's websites.

The Company's websites use your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested. The Company's websites also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from the Company through its mailing list. The Company may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

The Company does not sell, rent or lease its client lists to third parties. The Company may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. TRADE-IN-POLICY

 

If you're considering picking up a new watch, and you know you have a timepiece in terrific condition, but that's being neglected at home, tell us all about it, and you might just be able to use it towards payment of one of our extraordinary watches.

Please keep in mind that 300watches is unable to promise acceptance of any trade-in without first having the watch inspected by one of our service center experts. Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

In the case of damage to the watch that cannot be repaired without replacement, 300watches will definitely not be able to accept a trade-in. Examples of this would be a crack or scratch in the crystal, a major dent in the case, engravings, damage to the bracelet (it's physically broken), any kind of damage to the movement (it doesn't work).

You will easily be able to place your order for any item on 300watches. The impressive selection of luxury watches to choose from includes, but is not limited to, Limited Edition, Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Quartz, Mechanical, Automatic, Retrograde, and Chronograph Watches.

You can order any of these products by doing the following:

  1. Select Add To Cart on the item description page
  2. Review the Item and add any more items as desired
  3. Select Proceed to Checkout
  4. Follow the step-by-step instruction that follow to complete the order, which includes entering billing information, shipping information, and payment information.

PAYMENT

 

We accept payments by credit card, bank wire, and cashier’s check. We will only accept payments in United States Dollars (USD).

If you wish to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal is the only option.  We will not accept card payments directly! 

For PayPal transactions, we will only ship to the address that PayPal provides to us in the transaction details, in an effort to avoid stolen credit cards or other forms of identity theft — no exceptions. If you need us to ship your product to a different address than the one confirmed by PayPal, we will not accept PayPal for the transaction. Your product will ship as soon as the payment clears and PayPal sends us "it is ok to ship" message.

We do not accept multiple payments for an item through PayPal.  

PayPal is accepted for all items that cost less than $10,000.00  

If the transaction total is more than $10,000, then you must pay by bank wire.

When sending your bank wire, please include the name and item ID (e.g. 300W101767) for the specific product you are purchasing. The item ID is located near the top-right corner of the listing, and highlighted in red. If we have made special arrangements for shipping, please make note of these arrangements as well.


The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance requires that we charge state sales tax (8.875%) on all products shipped to addresses within New York State. On the other hand, New York Sales tax is not applicable to orders shipped to addresses outside of New York State. There are no discounts for paying cash. This is non-negotiable.

All tax-exempt customers must provide copies of their vendors’ licenses or resale certificates, and a complete Sales and Use Blanket Exemption certificate. These documents must be provided at the time of purchase, and not after. We would also advise any tax-exempt customers to notify us before completing any purchase, as we will not issue refunds for sales tax.

Though we primarily sell online, pickups can be made at our New York office under special circumstances. In these cases, an appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and a valid form of identification is required at the time of pickup. Moreover, New York State sales tax (8.875%) will be added to the total cost for all local pickups — no exceptions.

IMPORTANT: For watches picked up in person from our office, returns will not be accepted, but the limited warranty is still valid.

By not being an authorized dealer, we are able to keep our prices way below our competitors and gives you the opportunity to buy a luxury watch at a fraction of what it would sell for elsewhere.

PRICE MATCHING

 

Even though we at 300watches believe that no one can compare to our Luxury Watch prices, we will be happy to discuss price matching with any customer. Please contact us if you see any Luxury Watch on our site for less somewhere else. Before contacting us, please be aware that not all sites carry authentic watches and we only sell 100% authentic watches. Also, multiple variables are taken into considerations with price matching; including but not limited to the condition, full content, and availability.

LAYAWAY


 

Whatever happened to layaway plans? And at what point did companies decide that it made more sense for customers to bury themselves in credit card debt just so they could pay off that one must-have item?

We won’t stand for that. Instead, we’re offering our very own layaway plan. It’s actually quite simple: You make four payments of 25% within 90 days, and we send your watch after the fourth payment has been received!

Once you’ve added a timepiece to your 300watches.com shopping cart, navigate over to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.” Take a look at our list of accepted payment methods, and choose whichever one suits you best.

In either case, you will be making four total payments, each of which will make up 25% of the total cost. The first is a down payment, meaning that we will not put your watch on hold until we receive the first payment of 25%. Of course, if you change your mind about the watch, that down payment is refundable within 14 days of your purchase. And, if you’ve made any of the other three payments within that 14 days, we will refund those as well.

Upon choosing your payment plan, you will receive an email from us, indicating on which dates these payments are due, and in what amounts. Don’t worry — we will give you a 5-day grace period for making each payment. You will also receive an email on the day before each successive payment is due, and an additional reminder email on each of the 5 days following the due date, or until you make the payment.

After the fourth payment, you’re set, and there’s nothing left to do except enjoy your new watch!

If you miss the window on one of these four payments, the transaction will be cancelled.

WARRANTIES

 

With a meticulous and time-tested authentication process, we at 300watches stand behind the condition and overall quality of every single timepiece sold on all of our platforms.

But watches are complicated devices with many moving parts, and we want you to be covered in the off chance that something goes wrong inside your piece. With that in mind, we offer our very own in-house warranty, as well as the optional extended warranty.

Since we are not authorized dealers, none of our watches come with the manufacturers’ original warranties, nor do we have the resources to provide comparable warranties.

What does the 300watches warranty cover?

Our warranty covers repairs to the movement only.

It does not cover other maintenance, overhauls, battery replacement, water damage, or external repairs on watch cases, crystals, bracelets, straps, buckles, etc.

Note that we will use the discretion of our watch service centers to determine the cause of the malfunction, and whether or not the repair should be covered under our warranty.

How long does this standard warranty last?

That depends on whether you’ve purchased an unworn or pre-owned watch. Unworn watches come with a 1-year standard warranty. Pre-owned watches come with a 90-day warranty.

And what about the extended warranty?

By adding 8% to the total cost of your watch, you can purchase our extended warranty, which stretches the warranty to 2 years for unworn watches, and 1 year for pre-owned watches.

What if I need repair services after my warranty expires? And what about repairs that aren’t covered by the warranty?

Whether you are covered by the warranty or not, we are happy to help you get your watch repaired! Just know that we will have to assess the cost of the repair on a case-by-case basis, and we will add a $45 service charge to cover costs associated with moving the watch to and from our service centers, and housing the watch.

In any case, shipping costs associated with warranty coverage are your responsibility.

 

RETURNS

 

Please contact us directly before returning a watch, so that we can send you our Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Returns will not be accepted otherwise.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. This means that the return package must be postmarked within 14 days of the date on which the watch was delivered to your door. We will not accept returns from anywhere in the world after those 14 days have passed. However, if the item you receive does not match the item described, you will receive a full refund, including reimbursement for return shipping.

For other returns, we will refund the cost of the item, but not the cost of shipping. The item must be shipped to us in the exact same condition in which it was shipped to you. If the item appears worn, damaged, or altered in any way, the return will not be accepted, and you will not be refunded.

If the courier loses your package, the courier must complete an investigation before any insurance claims can be processed. Refunds for lost or damaged items will not be given until after the investigation is concluded. Please contact 300watches and the courier if you believe your item has been lost. If you are returning a watch, you must provide us with tracking information and proof of insurance.

For watches that come wrapped in our “300watches” tape, returns will not be accepted if the tape has been broken. If you wish to remove the tape to confirm the watch’s authenticity, you must first decide if you are satisfied with the appearance of the timepiece.

Of course, you will have to try the watch on to see if it fits. However, if you have worn and used the watch, we cannot accept your return!

IMPORTANT: For insurance purposes, you will be required to send us a photograph of the watch in its box, before it is closed and sealed, and include it in your package so we can see that it left your possession in the same condition in which it was shipped to you.
