This Girard-Perregaux Vintage 1945, reference number 25932, is a new luxury watch. It is also very rare, one of only 500 made. Photos of the actual timepiece show that it is in good condition, with no major signs of wear on the case, crystal, bezel, or strap. It is fully functional, guaranteed 100% authentic, and sells at a retail price of $14,540.

This piece features a stainless steel case, crown, bezel, and bracelet. The bezel is lined with sparkling original diamonds, and surrounds a beautiful pink dial. An automatic movement powers the steel-tone hour and minute hands; the subsidiary seconds at 9 o’ clock; and the date window between 1 and 2 o’ clock. The hands point to diamond hour markers, with the exception of the large, steel-tone numbers at 3, 6, and 12 o’ clock.

The screwed-down, stainless steel back plate features a skeleton window, providing a view of this watch’s inner genius. The stainless steel bracelet will fit a wrist up to 7.5 inches, and uses a butterfly clasp. The case measures 31mm wide without the crown, 43mm long with the lugs, and 10mm thick. And to top it all off, the piece is water resistant up to 30m.

Girard-Perregaux is truly a remarkable luxury watch company, and one of the last to design and produce its own external and internal components. This has allowed the company to remain an important part of the luxury watch community since 1791.
